This December we’re bringing Christmas to the gym with a day of festive frolics, training tasks and prizes galore at the Christmas Gym Jam! Whether you want to practice at your leisure, chill out and socialise, or have a crack at our various Gym Jam Challenges, you’re very welcome to attend. Complete a few challenges and you’ll even earn a few Xmas stocking fillers!
The Gym Jam runs from 3-6pm on Saturday 12th December and is free for all existing Members to attend. Non-members pay £10 on the door, so invite all your training crew along too! Everyones welcome.

In Part 3 we’re focusing on the shoulder girdle, which will encompass issues of the shoulders themselves, the scapular, neck and upper limbs. Modern living sees us often in kyphotic positions for hours at a time; bent over desks, steering wheels and mobile phone screens. Add to this that most of us don’t know how to breathe properly and are therefore elevating the traps around 20,000 times per day and it’s no wonder that our shoulders get tight and blocked up. Here’s where we fix things!
