Guest Coach – Stefano Sardano
13 January 2022
We’re super excited to be welcoming Stefano Sardano to our coaching team for this weekends Winterval Training Day!
Stefano is a highly experienced parkour and movement coach who hails originally from Italy and currently teaches in Scotland.
He holds the prestigious ADAPT Level 2 Coach Certificate and has a keen interest in all forms of movement practice, with a particular focus on parkour, acrobatics, climbing, hand-balancing and mobility work.
We think you’re going to love all that Stefano brings to the table for this, our first Winterval in 2 years. Let’s enjoy getting back in action together and exploring some new training spots around The Parkour School at Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs.

In Part 3 we’re focusing on the shoulder girdle, which will encompass issues of the shoulders themselves, the scapular, neck and upper limbs. Modern living sees us often in kyphotic positions for hours at a time; bent over desks, steering wheels and mobile phone screens. Add to this that most of us don’t know how to breathe properly and are therefore elevating the traps around 20,000 times per day and it’s no wonder that our shoulders get tight and blocked up. Here’s where we fix things!
