This season is all about fun, good times and good people – so add the Gym Jam to your Christmas calendar NOW! 📆 Saturday December 12th 2026 we’ll be celebrating the incoming Christmas holidays with a relaxed afternoon of socials and training.
The Gym Jam is a festive afternoon of fun and friendship with the PKGen London community and Team. Train as much or as little as you want, hang out and chat with the awesome people who make our community what it is, and – if you feel up for the craic – take on the Gym Jam Challenges to win prizes from 🍫 chocolate and Christmas candy to Santa hats 🎅🏻 and PKGen swag! 🎁
The Gym Jam is completely FREE for Members and you can even spread the festive cheer with a FREE +1 to share with friends and family. The more the merrier!

WHAT TO BRING & WEAR
We suggest that you wear loose, comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit sweaty in, and a good pair of trainers. Lower drop soles will help you feel your landings better. Bringing water is also a good idea! It is advisable to bring food and snacks with you to the workshop, although there are shops nearby where you can purchase refreshments.
WHERE?
The course take place at our HQ, Parkour Generations at Republic. Our nearest transport links are East India and Blackwall DLR stops, each of which can be access from Canning Town (Jubilee Line) and Bank (Northern Line). Please ensure you arrive 5-10 mins before the event start time, for registration.
