No launch party would be complete without the chance to jump around to some bangin’ tunes, so we’ll be raising the roof from 6-10pm with epic DJ @Be__authenTig playing us through the night.

CLASSES
Our Indoor Parkour Classes are the perfect place to start your journey in parkour, teaching you the fundamentals of natural movement and practical training principles while also developing the strength and fitness vital to the discipline. During a 45 minute session of movement, mobility, strength, fitness, power and precision, your body will respond like never before and lay the foundations for becoming the most athletic version of yourself imaginable. This taster is perfect for all levels of ability, experience and fitness so no matter who you are, you’ll be challenged to improve.

Our Sweat Taster is a chance to try out our brand new signature class. Sweat classes are aimed at anyone wishing to focus on pure body-weight conditioning and increase their fitness capacity. Whether you’re feeling like cardio is your kryptonite or you’re training for an event where respiratory endurance is key, these sessions are for you. We’ll be keeping the movement combinations simple so that you can move well and focus on expanding the range of your three energy systems: ATP, Anaerobic and Aerobic.
Our Practical Strength Taster is a chance to try out one of our most popular classes. Practical Strength is all about mastering your body through strength building exercises that require no external weights. In this class you will use nothing but the resistance of your own bodyweight to build truly functional strength that has carry-over to real-world movements such as those found in parkour.
Training hand balance leads to improved strength, stability, balance and co-ordination, and is a great way to round off your movement training. A staple in many movement disciplines, including Parkour and Acrobatics, this Hand Balance Class is perfect for those who would like to improve their general strength and stability, as well as those who would like to become more confident in balancing and moving on their hands. The class is open to all levels of ability and experience, and beginners are very welcome!
Groundwork is a comprehensive bodyweight movement system based on quadrupedal and low-gait movement patterns, restoring a primal and powerful form of physical literacy development to your life. You’ll learn a host of crawling pattern variations plus how to combine the movements into complex locomotion and flow patterns for true functional mobility and bodyweight support. Whether your focus is on general functional strength and fitness, mobility and locomotion, performance or injury prevention, you’ll discover new potential and new ways to move.

It’s been said that strong people are harder to kill and more useful in general. We agree. Our Strength & Conditioning Classes have been designed to build all round general physical preparedness. We strip away all of the fancy gimmicks and focus on what has been tried, tested and stood the test of time. Each hour long class focuses on one or two strength-based movements, provides sufficient volume to promote a positive growth response from the body, includes supplementary exercises that help to promote good posture and alignment and finishes with something just out of your comfort zone to make sure your heart and lungs aren’t being neglected in your training!
