We had a superb line-up of coaches with @bozuijderwijk1 and @lisaa_schneider98 both flying in to work with our in-house coaches; @natalie_anson and @georgiadonaticlarke with additional support from @dallex_ and @wrennemusic. With over 50 women and non-binary traceurs gathered together in one space, the vibes were off the charts!⁠

Across 16 hours of training, plus our special one-off Friendly Competition on Saturday evening, it was a beautiful celebration of movement, support, challenge and friendship.⁠

Believe it or not, this is Clive’s first class with us!!!! After attending our recent Suicide Awareness and Prevention Workshop, Clive decided he would #giveparkourago with our Low Impact Parkour Course, which starts this coming Wednesday. Having never tried parkour he decided to take a little ice breaker session with one of the course coaches (@jambonlebonbon) and this is what he learnt. Fantastic!!!

If, like Clive, you’d like to try parkour but are worried that your body might not be up to the task, this 6 week course is a perfect way to learn some skills without the fear of loading your knees too hard or not having the strength to support your body weight. Everything is approached in a progressive manner so you can feel your way out and challenge yourself when it feels appropriate to do so.
