Healthy, holistic and FUN!
23 September 2019
The core components of a healthy human body are, natural movement, physical exploration, fresh air and contact time with others: all features of our newest class, starting this October!
Our Natural Movement Class is a multidisciplinary session with the intention of exploring and improving your movement health, adaptability and general fitness. It’s fit for all levels of ability, especially those who are just starting out their movement journey and are looking for a fun way to express their physicality… perhaps for the first time in years. And for all our parents whose children train in that Saturday morning Junior Parkour class, this is a perfect chance for you to get active too!
The class utilises individual challenges, pair work and group activities to develop true physical literacy; building mobility, strength, agility, coordination and holistic health. At the end of every session you will leave having tested your problem-solving skills, spatial awareness and physical literacy, whilst bonding with, learning from and generally enjoying the company of other movement practitioners. We challenge you to leave without a smile on your face!
Join the Natural Movement Class, starting October 5th 2019.
