NEW COACH! – Zak Winston
11 December 2023
We’re injecting some new blood into our coaching team too and Zak Winston brings with him a wealth of experience, new ways of approaching training and a philosophy for movement that’s very much in alignment with our way of thinking.
Zak found his way into coaching as a means of sharing the profound lessons he’s discovered within the discipline. After making a gradual shift from avid martial artist to dedicated traceur as a teenager, parkour has been Zak’s focus and a fundamental part of his life. His journey of jumps has taken him across the globe to train with the communities in Dominica, Taiwan, Essex, Cambridge, Denmark, Finland, and most recently, London.
With a ParkourUK L2 Coaching Qualification under his belt and a flair for creative and quirky movement combinations in his wheel-house; we have a feeling that you’re all going to really love Zak’s classes. 😃
