Get into the spirit of parkour!
25 September 2020
From this October, the first Sunday of every month will be dedicated to training the Parkour Spirit.
⠀
One of the central tenets of our practice is the notion of regular challenge: the idea that personal growth – be it physical, psychological or spiritual – only truly comes through experiencing adversity and finding the inner strength to adapt and overcome. Challenge is how we learn, how we push the envelope, how we discover our current limitations and exceed them. Challenge in parkour comes in many shapes and sizes, sometimes physical, sometimes cerebral, sometimes of the will alone. But they are always more enjoyable with others, like-minded, there to share the experience.
⠀
The Parkour Spirit Sessions provide a regular opportunity to experience this concept among friends and community. We believe in collaborative experiences, not competitive, and how much you push yourself is entirely up to you. Our team will be there to support, help and encourage any who need that extra bit of momentum. These sessions are open to any and all people, regardless of age, ability or experience, and are free to attend.
