The Rendezvous Gathering is Close…
27 July 2019
And we have a huge lineup of international coaches who’ll be in town for the whole week around the event weekend of August 16-18, many of whom will be guest coaching at our regular classes!
The Rendezvous International Parkour Weekend is in its 14th year, amazingly, and this one has the strongest coaching lineup ever we think. Expert parkour and movement teachers like Jozef Frucek of Fighting Monkey, original Lisses traceur Stephane Vigroux, PKGen founder Dan Edwardes, Brandee Laird and Isabel Andrews of the USA, Shino Calefato and Filippo Coen from Italy, Viktor Andersson and Martin Svenselius of Sweden, Ville Leppanen from Finland, Nala Hurst from Wildfitness UK, Jiho Kim of South Korea.. the list goes on!
Now, if you haven’t got your ticket to that event yet, you NEED to get on it before they are all gone. This is not a training event to miss, people. But we’re also lining up some of the guest coaches to teach at our regular classes before and after Rendezvous, so make sure you get along to those too to see some inspirational teachers running our group classes. You’ll love it.
And we look forward to seeing you at the event soon!

In Part 3 we’re focusing on the shoulder girdle, which will encompass issues of the shoulders themselves, the scapular, neck and upper limbs. Modern living sees us often in kyphotic positions for hours at a time; bent over desks, steering wheels and mobile phone screens. Add to this that most of us don’t know how to breathe properly and are therefore elevating the traps around 20,000 times per day and it’s no wonder that our shoulders get tight and blocked up. Here’s where we fix things!
