Our Parkour Holiday Camps at the Parkour School run regularly throughout the year and offer children structured, fun-filled sessions to keep them active, moving and entertained in the school holidays.
This Spring half-term camp offers an action-packed week with a mix of parkour, games and functional fitness, led by our highly experienced and qualified coaches. We aim to engage, challenge and develop every child who attends our camps, and involve them in our inclusive, friendly and supportive community.

In Part 3 we’re focusing on the shoulder girdle, which will encompass issues of the shoulders themselves, the scapular, neck and upper limbs. Modern living sees us often in kyphotic positions for hours at a time; bent over desks, steering wheels and mobile phone screens. Add to this that most of us don’t know how to breathe properly and are therefore elevating the traps around 20,000 times per day and it’s no wonder that our shoulders get tight and blocked up. Here’s where we fix things!

Low Impact Parkour is an accessible 6 week course for people who keen to try parkour or develop their practice around pre-existing injuries or illnesses, recovering from joint problems, dealing with uncertainty around getting started in movement training, and for the over 50s.

Parkour Tek provides the opportunity to deep dive into a single parkour movement; allowing focused time for practice and a better understanding of the skill, so that you can confidently tweak and hone your technique. This workshop we’re looking at the power and speed of the running jump.
