Build muscle, burn fat, work your engine and get into the best shape of your life with our hand-crafted Strength & Conditioning Classes at the London Parkour Academy.
These classes are intensive, hour-long sessions programmed to develop your fitness, functional strength and general physical capacity. You’ll learn and develop the fundamentals of weightlifting, kettlebells, rope climbs, sled-work and more, under the watchful eye of our expert S&C Coaches and amongst an energising, supportive and friendly community.
Every session comprises a global then specific warm-up followed by the workout of the day and then a thorough ‘finisher’ before a restorative cool-down. Our coaches are the best in the business, and will help you improve no matter what level of fitness you’re starting from.
