In Part 3 we're focusing on the shoulder girdle, encompassing issues of the shoulders themselves, the scapular, neck and upper limbs. Modern living sees us often in kyphotic (hunched) positions for hours at a time; bent over desks, steering wheels and mobile phone screens. Add to this that most of us don't know how to breathe properly and are therefore elevating the traps around 20,000 times per day and it's no wonder that our shoulders get tight and blocked up. Here's where we fix things.⁠

Our wrists and forearms often take a battering in parkour, as we launch ourselves off obstacle, climb up and onto walls, swing from scaffolding and dive for various vaults. We feel our way through the environment, connecting hands and surfaces, and thereby taking weight and loading our upper body.⁠

So here's the question... do your wrists, forearms, shoulders and neck need a little TLC? If so, we have a workshop that'll teach you all the tool you need to usher some space back into these areas and help them to feel both strong, but supple.⁠
