If you missed the recent 9 Speed Tool workshop with the legendary Fighting Monkey himself, Jozef Frucek – fear not! Jozef is coming back to the UK this August, to be part of our special Premium Day at the Rendezvous International Parkour Gathering 2019.
Featuring both theory and practice, you’ll get exposure to more of the Fighting Monkey training methodology; working on Zero Forms, the Coordinations and the Practice Ball.
