RENDEZVOUS 2019 Done!
21 August 2019
This year’s annual Rendezvous International Parkour Gathering is done and dusted, and we are still processing just how fantastic an event it was.
25+ coaches over 3 incredible days in London – training, moving, coaching, sharing, experiencing, learning and befriending! This year’s may well go down as the best yet, which is saying something considering it was number 14!
We’d like to thank everyone who made it possible, everyone who taught, everyone who participated, everyone who captured and everyone involved in any way. You all make this the best community we could imagine, and we can’t wait for the next gathering..!
The next London event is our Chainstore Massacre survival day, on Halloween weekend, Sunday 27th October. You can book your place on that one right now.. if you’re brave enough… 🙂

In Part 3 we’re focusing on the shoulder girdle, which will encompass issues of the shoulders themselves, the scapular, neck and upper limbs. Modern living sees us often in kyphotic positions for hours at a time; bent over desks, steering wheels and mobile phone screens. Add to this that most of us don’t know how to breathe properly and are therefore elevating the traps around 20,000 times per day and it’s no wonder that our shoulders get tight and blocked up. Here’s where we fix things!
